What does respect means to you?
1. For people to look upon you?
2. For people to finally treat you like a human?
3. For someone as young as 12 to stand up and say, hey you all, shut up will ya?
I was utterly shocked, disgusted and surprised at an accusation made this weekend by a so called 12 yr old cousin of mine.
From hereafter we shall call her M.
See, M doesnt come with the typical golden spoon in the mouth. In fact, in her earlier years, her parents were struggling to make ends meet after her father got retrenched and her mum had to settle for a part time job.
But M is a typical single child, the whole world revolves around me... Yes unfortunately at home it does, but at YOUR HOME, NOT MINE you little twat!
So when you decided to spark a spark to ignite a fire, I gave you no chance to retaliate. What you think I will say (sayang sayang, next time we wont do that). Damn you are wrong.

It seems like you are a popular girl, so let this bitch teach you a lesson and tell you what is bully.
Have you ever had the whole class of girls not talking to you just because you are very popular with the boys? I had!
Have you been threatened in school by someone older to slash your face because apparently the guy she is in loved with doesnt love her?

MAMA 2011

keke... I have been waiting for so long to see my boys and too bad now they are only left with 2 :( But I must say, they are still pretty good..
MAMA 2011 was like the THING in sg, and we were really lucky to be able to enjoy the show!
So I went to watch this movie, You're an apple of my eye
Really really good movie that brought back memories of my own school days where I need to bring extra hair band to school cos of some idiot who loved to pull the band and hid it somewhere.. Then the boys taking each other shoes in beastly manner and throwing stinking eggs and floor on each other during birthdays and the best part was when the teacher had us all to clean the corridor cos of that..
Stupid but memorable.. Those were the days in school..
The movie reminded the good old times when I was a student and now a grown woman, I can look back and see how I managed to enjoy yet do well for school
Poor kids these days, have no life, no childhood.. I am glad iPad didnt ruin my life then

When you think that someone with such a status, a senior consultant, she should have class, understanding when it comes to work.
That was an understatement. With the push of the button, she couldnt work, becomes uncorporative even to fellow colleagues who decided to help her.
My impression of her changed, and now I wonder why her former coordinator quit and it was all because of her. She looks nonchanlent most of the time, but harbours a black sword that snabs everyone in between including a senior.
Seiously, when one cant finish her work, just dont make empty promisies, I will finish it before you come back.
Now that the latter is back, the former says, sorry I dont think I can make it.
Making the situation already hard, the evil woman (I will call here that hereafter), decided to make it really difficult for all of us.
So nevermind. The BOSS then decided to grit her teeth through the hour long meeting not to make things more difficult.
After the meeting, thats when the separation of class became more distinct. I happily emailed out the minutes in hope that everyone gets what they need to, to me by monday. and that evil woman reply: Thanks for the CLEARLY and WELL WRITTEN minutes.
The sacarsm insulted me although I knew it was not against me. But this shows how little class she has for a woman her calibur.
She dont need to be so nasty when she dont see eye to eye with someone else who drives the whole thing. All she needs to do is be a little bit more truthful, like I really need help.
The BOSS was so fed up that she swallowed everything and almost blew up after the meeting..
Now I see why people always say, dont judge the book by its cover. She looks nonchanlent but she harbours a very very strange attitude towards everything, because it seems she is the only one right

I am so sorry as an incompetent owner yet again, failing to update you..
Went for my wisdom teeth extraction and got out fine.. Well not fine fine but fine enough..
I havent had meat for the past few days and am feeling really dizzy at the moment bcos of the lack of iron.
This shows that this owner here will never ever become a vegetarian by choice...
I managed to get some stuff cleared out, packed my things.. Quite a bit done..
I dun wanna go back to work!! Its wednesday and its monday I am going back, but I really dun feel like working..
This MC is like a well deserved break, that doesnt cost hahahahah!!
Oh well...

{ For My Maternal Grandmother }

The ride to the hospital was a mad rush for us.
Grandmother passed away.
At the age of 83, she had overcome numerous crisis, including the death of a grandchild that was not supposed to happen, a heart bypass, diabetes etc..
I will always remember how she smelt so nice, looked so clean and pretty..
The last time I saw her, was unfortunately on CNY.
The biggest regret I ever had, was not able to spend valuable time with her even though she was staying so near to me..
The crematation ceremony was the hardest to bare. Seeing in front of our eyes, her coffin, pushed into the burner and turned into bones.
But her bones were beautiful, with flowers on some parts and mentioned by the bone collector, due to her strict regimen of chanting Buddhist prayers everyday without fail.
For she maybe gone, she will always live inside our hearts as the gracious and selfless woman, who bore my mother, aunties and uncles.
She survived 4 generations, a feat difficult to achieve for someone who had such a long medical history.
May she be blessed and look upon us. Blessing her future generations in good health.
